Great for balance and support. Comfortable too!
Bought these shoes for my mother. She has very swollen feet and struggles with balance. These shoes were recommended by a doctor. They fit great and she walks very well in them.

Great Shoe for elderly
I am on my third pair of these. I love that I can just slip on and put the band over and off I go. I am very hard on shoes, have been know to wear these gardening, snow shoveling, and tramping through the woods, they are sturdy and comfortable. I have bunions on one foot and wide feet so hard to find good shoes, I wear these for all my adventures, Love them and will buy more!

A little disappointing…
I’ve worn these shoes 3 or 4 times now, and am satisfied with most aspects. I have a very high instep, and if I don’t get these shoes on early in the day, when my feet swell, it is still almost impossible to wear them. The tongue area is still not cut deep enough (toward the toe) to allow easy access. All of the adjustments on the shoe are above where i need the depth. These shoes, while they appear to be a canvas, are incredibly stiff! When they finally did bend, near the base of my toes, they pinched really hard. They are, however, fairly flat shoes, which was my first concern. I would recommend caution before dishing out $100 for these.

These are actually quite comfortable, and though ugly, my feet aren’t hurting. I’ll have to look through the site for some of their product that I could wear with a dress.

Available in standard width!
All of the other Velcro shoes were only available in wide or extra wide. These are normal width and very lightweight.

Not a good shoe.
Bought for swollen feet, but these were a bit too large. The main issue is the tongue area will rub against the swollen foot and that’s very painful. These are also VERY cheaply made shoes with NO grip to the sole. Basically houseslipper soles. Not worth $100 on any day of the week. I can’t recommend these shoes.

Shoe have incerts.
I love these Diabetic shoes. They fit like a glove and I will not have to polish them. Medicare used to spend $300 a year for us Diabetics and refused this year. I only spent $50.

Not a real good fit for me.
Fit was very peculiar, very tall inside but not much support inside footbed. I thought the top would be more stretchy and soft. Buckle velcro was awkward. Just not a very good fit for me all around. I had to pay return shipping which was $25 and then had to contact the company when the refund was not made. They did credit my account for the price of the shoes, but not shipping back. I was a bit disappointed.

I was very disappointed that the Velcro straps did not open the shoe up more to make it easier to put on! The Velcro straps really do not do anything to open up the area! The shoe is very lightweight and nice looking but I will have to return it. Getting a larger size will not help the situation

These shoes work out fine
I had surgery on my right foot toes. My foot and toes will be swollen for 3-6 months. I couldn’t get my foot into any shoes I own after taking off the surgical shoe. These shoes work out fine

Good for swollen feet
The only thing I don’t like about these is that they don’t bend easily. I’d give my eye teeth for a soft leather shoe that can expand in size as my feet do throughout the day.

Comfortable Shoe!
Very comfortable shoe, just wish tongue was a little longer, to make access to show easier. My moms feet really swell and so getting her foot in them requires a little more work. If tongue was longer then she’d be able to just step in shoe.

Easy to get on and off
these shoes are somewhat large but with my feet width (little toe removed) they are working for me. Easy to get on and off, seems to be working with little pain for my foot. I need to wear somewhat thicker socks to cushion foot, that is not a problem. I would recommend these shoes at this point will see how they hold up.

Dr. Comfort Marla Women’s Therapeutic Diabetic Extra Depth Shoe Lycra
These shoes are great shoes especially if you feet swell as they kind of stretch with the foot. I didn’t realize when I ordered these that the ones I am wearing are and extra -extra dept shoe so had to return them and order another pair. This is my second time with the shoes.

Suitable for office wear
When nothing but gym shoes could accommodate my AFO brace, I needed an alternative to wear to the office! While not the most elegant thing in the closet, these shoes are fine with pants and even some skirts. The multiple inserts of varying thicknesses allow one to customize the fit. They are neat and comfortable. I look forward to getting back to regular shoes in a few months, but in the meantime these are fine.

Purchased when drop foot was unexpected result of a knee replacement surgery. Had to get foot ware that would accommodate a brace plus be easy to get on and off while recovering. These shoes fit all those cases. They were a life saver!!

This is an excellent shoe. It is so well made and the adjusting straps make it adaptable for the different shapes of my feet. For now I can wear them for a few hours, but I think they will become an all-day shoe.

Okay but what’s the difference?
I was hoping to find a decent pair of shoes to help with neuropathy and I’ve accepted a while ago that I’m just going to wear square shoes. These shoes were advertised to help with neuropathy and I just don’t see a difference at all. Sure, they’re boxy like pilgrim shoes but my feet still get angry.

but the person I got them for was quite satisfied with them
I did not buy these shoes for myself, but the person I got them for was quite satisfied with them. This is actually a replacement pair; the first ones I got in her usual size, but they were too tight, so I ordered one size larger, and they fit quite well. Thank you for the complete package that came with the shoes. (I purchased some Dr. Comfort from another seller, which included only the shoes in a generic box; no foam insoles, etc., included)

Happy Days! An animal friendly product that is also human friendly!
Happy Days! An animal friendly product that is also human friendly! I now have bunion relief without harming animals! This is the only casual shoe to date from Dr. Comfort that comes in extra wide and all synthetic! I have bunions and orthopedic inserts that fit perfectly on top of the Dr. Comfort inserts. Without my orthopedic inserts I do not believe these shoes would provide the needed support however. But, they are deep enough for inserts and close tightly enough that the shoe stays on. I highly recommend and will buy again! I only wish they came in acorn!

Had to get a full size larger
Shoe’s a little stiff and not much padding on the bottom.I needed something with a wide toe box to accommodate swelling after bunion surgery. Ordered my size in a 4E and it was too short as well as too tight. Ordered a full size larger and that worked. I used OTC orthotics to solve the padding issue. Not the cutest shoe ever but not bad looking at all.

Very pleased with the fit. They’re a women’s size 10 4E and she has a little bit of room at the toes. She normally buys a 10. She is very happy with these shoes and would highly recommend them.

Very nice shoe
Nice Shoe. They are wide enough for my feet, deep enough for my braces to fit, and they are comfortable and stylish. For those that don’t like a heavy, lunky shoe, these Marla Therapeutic shoes are very lightweight.
